Win2003 and NT4.0 Domain

hi!
can i have two separate domains (nt4.0 and win2003) in the same network?
1. what are the pros and cons of this setup?
2. how do u make the two domains talk? (share resource, etc).
id like to see first what win2003 has to offer before turning off my nt4.0 pdc.

Actually, MS has a useful online seminar for "NT 4.0 and Windows 2003 Active Directory Interoperability"
I hope it will help.
Have you considered installing Windows 2003 in a dedicated test environment to see what is has to offer? -

yep! i did.. and it looks promising..
but i made it a member of my nt4.0 domain..
would it be ok to create a separate domain? how can i make this two domain talk? or share resources like shared files or folders..
