Prometric IDs - Need help logging in to MCP site.

Hi All.

I have my Prometric transcript, and have a "Candidate ID" in the form of sr218xxxx a "Site Number" ON72 and a "REGISTRATION" mc8dtt5xxx.

I have tried just about every combo, but cant login to the site? What do I need to enter? If I log into the Prometric site it says I have passed. I want my dam Welcome kit!

I had to call Micro$oft and get a access key. Takes about 5 to 10 mins

where do you get the access code from?

You get the access code from M$. I guess you are supposed to receive an email with the code but mine never came. Have your test papers in front of you when you call (800) 636-7544
