CEH - CBT Nuggets or VTC video training ?

I saw that both CBT Nuggets and VTC both have online video training for CEH8.

Any recommendations on which to go for ? Or just splash out and go for both (better than whats on TV over Christmas !) ?

Honestly, I used CBT and thought it was almost too high level for exam... it doesn't get into the detail you need (does get close). Its great for training when working out, on the road, etc. but you still need to know more detail than what these nuggets offer. At least that's my experience...
