Career dilemma

I am now hesitant and not sure what path would be the best..
I am a Network administrator, a CCNA and CCNP-Switch and soon to be CEH and CCNA Voice (Hopefully)
The problem is that am not really satisfied with my job, the company I work for is in a crisis and salary barely increases.. Am still 27, and I feel like this would be the only possible time to take a lrave without pay and do a masters degree in any Network Security related fields..
I am looking for possible scholarships, but am still to do good searching..
The current possible scenarios:
1- Get the CEH and the CCNA Voice before the end of Jan 2015, and do some Linux certs and possibly a CCNA Security before June 2015 and look for another job
2- Same but instead of looking for another job, take a leave without pay and do a masters degree.. And doing several other usefuk certs while doing my masters, this would make my choices much better when I start looking for a job
Thoughts? Advices? Scholarships available?

Go find another job in your field and then reassess the situation, right now your judgement is impaired due to dissatisfaction with your current job. More education is not always the answer, sometimes a change of scenery and different challenges and opportunities is what's needed.

You seem set on doing your Masters so by all means do it or if you want to wait start digging into the certs but in the meantime find a more fulfilling job. Once you make the move and you are happy where you are at then dig into the masters.
