Smart Card Logon question (Cached credentials)
Hello all,
I have a question about cached credentials when using smart cards. Lets say I get a new smart card with the same UPN associated with it. The only thing on the smart card that changes is certs. My previous cached credential (same UPN) works. But if I get a new smart card (with the same UPN associated to the new certs) will I need to be connected to the domain or will my previous cached credential still work because the same UPN is associated with the card? Thoughts?
