"Spectrum" - Any experiences?

I noticed a posting for a pretty hard to come by infosec opportunity (for the area I live in) and am wondering if anyone has any experiences with Spectrum (https://www.linkedin.com/company/spectrum-comm-inc if you don't want to click)? They appear to be pretty small, but definitely look like a legit company. I've been a federal employee (non-DOD) and currently work non-federal private sector, but I have very little exposure to the DOD/intel contractor world. Anybody have anything they can share??
