freesco autolab not able to access from domain controlers, cant access outside netwrk

my freesco router isn't accessing the internet, how can i check this?

i can ping the device from my domain controllers and can see it in my DHCP list from my router so i know it has a good gateway on the router and getting a good ip address that no one else is using
