From an IT Career to Teaching Career? ( Transition)

What would be the pros and cons of making such a move?
And would it be hard to come back to IT?

    Pay would be the first huge thing that comes to mind. Besides that it's probably all personal preferences.

    I know 2 people that went from teaching to IT and I think there's some relevant personal skills required in teaching that really helps in IT. Whether you can do it, depends on you.

    So you're good at math... get a Computer Science Degree!
