Unity user-config question

Hey techies.

Just walked into an environment where the previous admin had the habit of only configuring their users to use full 10-digit extensions to retrieve their voicemail.

Made me curious what you all do.

Me, I'm partial to having their full ten digits in their user profile (we require ten digit dialling for all PSTN related calls, eleven if LD)... but then adding the 4- and 7-digit options in the Alternate Extensions section.

That way, when they call in from home to Unity to check on vm's, they can get away with 4- , 7- , or 10-digit entries... whatever they're comfortable with.

What do you guys do for Unity remote access schemes?
