in CCNA & CCENT
Just wanted to let anyone who's pushing to just go the one test route instead of the 2 tests it's very doable. Just study, study, and study some more. Wish any one who is pushing to get their CCNA very best of luck.

Security is 640-554 -
thatguy67 Member Posts: 344 ■■■■□□□□□□I know that the new CCNP exams for R&S and Security begin with 300, and I guess the newest Associate-level exams will begin with 200. The CCNA/CCNP exams for Voice are still 640/642 respectively, whenever they update those exams they'll probably start with 200 and 300. Same with the CCNA Security.2017 Goals: []PCNSE7 []CCNP:Security []CCNP:R&S []LCDE []WCNA

I did the 640-802 composite way back in 2008. Yes, it's very doable.
Good job! -

I had been studying off on and on for a couple years on my own, never really could stay motivated over the long haul due to me getting distracted and running out of steam. I work with Cisco at my job but just switching, little routing. My work agreed to send me to boot camp recently so up to prior for me leaving for the boot camp and coming back I studied like crazy, I used Odom's CCNET Offical Cert Guide, Lammle CCNET/CCNA books along with CBT Nugget videos, and subnettingquestions.com.
If you ask me if the boot camp was necessary, it helped but no not necessary... it was what got me motivated to get off my a$$ and provided me a time away from distractions of work and family to really focus on the objective towards the end of my studying. -
