Hello to you all. I have been out of the IT industry for several years, well actually since 2011 and in 2010 i had went to Tech school where i went through Comptia A+ and Network+ with MCP studies as well on Server 2003. At this time I am looking on a place to restart my career and get back to the IT job field and do something long term. I have been debating overall on where to start. I have interest to learn some networking but as well like the challenge of Linux and i plan to do both the Linux + and maybe go to RHCSA and as well do my CCNA at some point, but debating where would be more appropriate to start and build from and as well what are some quick skills i could learn to get a job in the meantime even if it is something that would get me on a tier 1 or tier 2 help desk or computer repair type of job, do some basic networking. Please let me know some feedback

1) What do you WANT to do? Linux, networking, databases, Windows Server guru, etc.
2) What are employers in your area looking for?
Where I live, there is practically zero demand for Linux skills, but you could make a killing if you knew VoIP or had advanced networking knowledge. As much as a I love tinkering with Linux, I've set my focus on networking skills so that I can put food on the table.
