Entry Level Jobs??? Help!

Happy New Year everyone! I have a quick question for you all...
I know a recent Wichita State University grad that has a non-IT degree but is looking into an IT career. I suggested obtaining an entry level certification (CompTIA A+) which she has done! Any suggestions on where to find an entry level remote or local job? Company names or recruiters? Most of the work Cyber Research Group does is not local so I'm out of the loop. Thoughts?
