How to Lab CCNA Data Center?

I have a lot of Nexus at work and now that Wendell Odom's CCNA book is available, I think i might want to get the CCNA DC by the year's end.. or at least pass the 1st half.
Nexus equipment seems very expensive. I'm wondering, does anyone has any suggestions for how to lab for the exam from home?

You could also look into Cisco's VIRL - VIRL - Virtual Internet Routing Lab Which allows for you to spin up several NX-OS instances, however it is L3 only right now.
It used to be freely available for download, now you have to have entitlement for it due to compliance (SOX possibly, not clear). You can request a trial from your SE though.
