Will "marked for review" questions be counted and scored by CISSP Test Engine?

I am just curious to know, if someone answered the question but marked it for review and later he did not find any time to review it (times up). Will it be scored by Actual CISSP Test Engine?

I believe it will be scored as all questions are scored weather or not you answer it. I think marking is for the test taker review only.
Expect
dustervoice is correct, the mark for review simply flags the question for later review, it has no affect on the score if it is flagged or not.
