Open it up in Kindle Cloud Reader or on a device and go to Part I: Enterprise Security - the opposite page will have a link to the Appendix Page for download of the CD that accompanies the book (or you can just go to the Appendix directly). McGraw-Hill counts the trial as a purchase so you can get the study guide materials for free.
