I need to update my resume and wanted to know if anyone here that has worked 2 -5 years in Help Desk or Desktop support would mind posting their resume (without personal info) so that i might get a few ideas. It would be greatly appreciated.

You'll get way more action if you posted yours up here and have people critique it instead. Besides, there are dozens of examples that a Google search of Techexams would yield and I suggest you go through them for some great ideas.
