So what certification should I approach next? I'm currently aiming towards working in Network Engineering/Security/Service Provider
Based on this what certifications would you recommend I go for? I already have CCNA R&S/Security?
I don't currently have any CompTIA qualifications, nor do I have interest in approaching them, they don't hold as much value in the UK.

Thanks! I was considering going for those next, perhaps I can get my CCNP before the end of my second year then be set for my industry year when I go on to my Masters degree!!
I have been considering the MCSA Windows Server, but I heard they're pretty nasty when it comes to exams? -

Keep a laser focus on your networking aspirations. Love the CCNP followed up by the Masters Degree.
Pretty much complete after that and ready to conquer the world. Good luck! -

I would recommend that you find out what the network engineering/security/service provider job roles are like in your area.
Network Engineer Jobs, vacancies in England | Indeed.co.uk
Network Security Engineer Jobs, vacancies in England | Indeed.co.uk
Telecommunications Engineer Jobs, vacancies in England | Indeed.co.uk
You may find a meetup you're interested in, if you use the terms "Internet" or "information technology" on your query for groups in your area. The terms "network" and "security" are a bit too broad.
Find your people - Meetup
Also, some forum members are from that region, they may have some insight for you.
Hope this helps!Currently Working: CCIE R&S
