New install with an old router. Want to use it to connect to Comcast Xfinity and also allow for 802.11n or better. What two cards support greater that 15Mb/s and 802.11n or better?
I found the Cisco HWIC-3G-CDMA 1- DIAG Port Module and hwic-cable-d-2 802.11n but are these supported?

HWIC-CABLE-D-2 is a Cable Modem, but it is only DOCSIS 2.0, so while you may get 15 Mbps, you won't be able to get the higher speeds (TWC up to 150 Mbps, Comcast up to 105 Mbps) or IPv6 Support.R&S: CCENT → CCNA → CCNP → CCIE [ ]

Then config the second fe interface for lan / nat inside, and add a wireless access point on the lan side. You don't need the hwic-cable-d-2 unless you are also trying to bypass the cable modem? First check if the cable provider will let you do something like that...they may not provision it on their side.2015 goals - ccna voice / vmware vcp.
