CompTIA Exam Studying

I am preparing for my first crack at the CompTIA A+ Exam and im not really sure what would be the best study process for a exam of this nature. I have purchased the All in One study guide but I also know their is a lot of good online study material. Any recommendations on how best to prepare for test?
