Hi
Do you need a router to configure NAT, i am trying to share internet from my server 2003 to my xp client, there is no ICS option in the advanced tab just a firewall option, i have 2 nics 1 for internet and the other connected to a switch which i have connected my client to, whats the easiest way to give internet to the client

mine has the ICS option.
failing that, you could install RRAS and set your client to use your server as the router.

Jiggsaww Member Posts: 195correct me if am wrong but u can use ICS, however if u do gonna lose the functionability of static IP, DNS and DHCP. RRAS allows you to configure nat and keep certain pre-existing infrastructor in place.
