I don't see a breakdown by job types, role descriptions, or other personal qualifications though, so it's just a big-picture overview. It's supposedly for "tech" jobs, whatever that might ultimately be based on Dice's pool of surveyees.

While this information is nice to know, what really matters is the cost of living numbers. That determines how expensive a location is to live in. $100K in a high cost place not the same as a $100K in a low cost place. -

Miami and high paying do not go hand in hand with IT in my experience. This is a site of lies.
Probably lots of consultants that can work from anywhere and choose some place warm and sunny
