Vlan routing
Gimmyno
Hi guys,
I need to change the core of the network to move the routing point of a VLAN to two specific routers (I have a several routers onsite and have all L3 switches)
The reason why I need to do this is because the VLAN houses the inside interfaces of the firewalls, and this would ensure that all data flows to the firewalls would be captured by the WCCP functions.
Is there anyway to achieve the above without using Policy based Routing?
Please feel free to share your ideas
Thanks a lot

Are you going to be using HSRP, VRRP or GLBP?

So you want to move the VLAN off the firewall and onto a device that's behind it so you can filter the Web cache? Am I interpreting this correctly?
