ntfs permission question

Can someone explain me the diffrence between "change permission", "modify permission", and "allow read and allow write" permission.

Permissions are rough - To be honest I forgot some of the rules. But I would say 35 - 40 % of permissions are stressed on the exam, atleast my exam. Its hard for me to retain them...life is hard. Good luck on learning permissions. The exam cram book for 70-270 is a good resource to use and the technotes on here. Repetition is key!
