Network Management tools: What do you all use?

Hey guys,
So I use OpenNMS for network management at home but do any of you guys use tools that a bit more simplistic and easier to use; they don't necessarily have to be free either.
Just would like to see what some of you guys/gals (can't forget you Iris) use...

I've worked with Spiceworks, Solarwinds, and Nimsoft. Of the 3, I've found Solarwinds to be the most customizable and effective.
