How to substitute 35 contact hours for course in "Project Management for IT Systems"?

Hello everyone,

I have a course in my master program called "Project Management for IT Systems" which is equivalent to 15 ECTS(1.5 ECTS=25 hours of coursework per week). How can i use this as a substitute for 35 contact hours?
It would be good to know if someone had already apply using their coursework as a substitute for 35 contact hours and how they did it.
Please share your experience.

PS: I just have my master degree where it stays the name of the course, credit hours, and grade.
