How to logon as a local Admin on DC?

I created a Domain Controller on my Windows 2003 test server.

When the PC starts up it only shows the drop down box for the domain. There is no option for me to login as the local administrator.

How do I get the login drop down box to show the option to choose to login onto the domain or the local host account?

Once a server is promoted to a domain controller there are no more local accounts. You would have to demote the server to get back to using local accounts.
