Cv Template and Cover Letter for a first line support

Hello gents,

I paid a HR company to receive some support. They gave me a tutor for asking information regarding certifications and IT profiles.

My dream is to land any IT job to start with and keep going with my studies. Under my belt just a CCNA so far.

I got a bit disappointed since the HR seems not to know anything about IT. She told me to look at job adverts to make decisions on what to do next. I was expecting that she had some statistics of what employers ask them or what qualifications successful candidates hold. Anyway....

Since they claim to write super duper Cvs, I was wondering if somebody can pass me a couple of good templates to modify. I just wanted to make sure I highlight the right keywords and emphasize skills and qualifications.
So I can stay away from another rip-off.
