Will this be good for studying ICND1? What all cool things can I do with this?

    Hmm..

3750s are switches, how do you plan on connecting a serial cable to one?

Nothing.... Those are ethernet switches. They don't use serial cables.

the 3750 are very good switches for studying for the ccent, ccna, and ccnp. And, probably for your ccie also
hopefully what your calling a serial cable is a stacking cable for the 3750's

That must be it because they were connected with these and yes it is in the Stack1 slot. icon_redface.gif

Stacking them isn't going to do much for you as far as studying for exams. You'd be much better off leaving them as two separate switches.

I'd leave them as 2 separate switches unless you have a ton of access layer switches and using the 3750's as core switches and redundancy is needed.
