Can you do the Network + and Secruity + exams without doing the A+ exams?

You can take either without the A+, but each test does have a certain amount of recommended experience. Also, the A+ should help you prepare for the Net+, and the Net+ should help you prepare for the Sec+.
Again, you can take any of the tests at any time. -

I just did both without doing the A+. Knowledge from each exam carries over to the next exam, so the thing you'll be hurting if you take all three is maybe your wallet.
If you're trying to get into IT, you will need all the knowledge from each cert anyways, so don't skip out on one. At least study the material if you're not gonna take the cert exam.
