Question for those who've passed the 74-409 Exam

I plan on taking the 74-409 Hyper V exam sometime this year but I am new to the world of virtualization. Would you say I need to master Active Directory before taking this exam or does the exam focus strictly on Hyper V 2012? Any tips would be great.

Hey pal,
No i dont think you need to have AD skills. I took the exam when it first come out. Find and watch all the videos on the 74-409 exam at Microsoft Virtual Academy The videos were quite good. Then lab as much as you can. The videos i thought were good enough to get a base knowledge to work from.

You need to learn HyperV, System Center & lots of powershell

I dont think you need to study Active Directory for the exam
