How detailed are your table and column descriptions in SSMS?

I'm building out a data dictionary and I believe the best way to do this is to update the system properties for the tables and the columns (views as well).
My questions to you guys and gals, how detailed are your fields (sys properties)? I am currently in the middle of a project where I am whiteboarding and interviewing our business users on getting some definition around our data warehouse. Do you just toss a brief description in there or do you make it more comprehensive?
