I contacted Armando through email last night about a request concerning one of the courses I had previously enrolled in. I explained my position and politely asked if my request could be accommodated.

Armando replied this morning and I was given what I had asked for. I am very pleased with the result and I wanted to publicly acknowledge elearnsecurity's customer service.
