Books for GCFA

I am scheduled to take the GCFA later this year to finish my degree. I don't have the money for the SANS material to study from, so I was wondering if anyone had some good recommendations of books that are not SANS affiliated that would be good to read and possibly index?

the materials are a bit dated and FOR508 had changed quite over the last few months - we need more updated inputs
