Sub-netting question

I'm trying to find an easy method to create a **** sheet. I was looking at this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zqH0COM81Qc

Any other better methods? I am taking the test April 15th. I passed my MTA networking but obviously, this is more intense.

do you know if this exam and sub-netting part used the 0 network?
