Hi, I passed my 70-680 exam.
The resources I used are the 6292A course book 'Installing and Configuring Windows 7 Client', along with a small course offered by a college I attended that covered the book.
I learned the vast majority through following Professor Messer's 70-680 course videos, and performing custom labs with VirtualBox.
Here is an evaluation Windows 7 Enterprise ISO (90 Days) you can use to play with in VirtualBox. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-7-enterprise You can also find Windows Server on the same website if you want to set up a domain.
