Network + or 70-410

I would like to know if it would be worth it to take Network + or 70-410? In my current position I am doing more server work than Networking but if I had to guess it is maybe 70-30 server to networking. I would like to get to get the Network plus just to have under my belt but I am on a team that has been given the task of learning 2012 R2. If I have to learn 2012 R2 shouldn't I focus on MSCA?

If your task is to learn Server, then focus on a Server certification (if you have to get certified).
