Hurricane I agree the senior positions are no joke. I usually see associate/jr and general very closer in skill sets. It's almost the only difference between the two is domain knowledge in that particular industry, but to be a senior you really need to know your stuff. In my current company that's who all the job listings are. If you get a senior role you better know how to do A LOT.
