Windows Updates offline

Hello TE,

I was wondering what is the best possible way to download the monthly security update ISO from Microsoft and automatically install each update from the ISO. Currently, you need to install each one separately. I have looked into WSUS offline update and I can't use that in my case. Any ideas or thoughts?
