Simulations Question
ITIP
When im doing practice simulations, ill get a question wrong because i enter wrong command even though it completes the lab.
Current one i just did was asking to add static routes so i put in the command
ip route IP mask next hop IP
but what it wanted was this
ip route IP mask interface.
while both ways work, when it comes to the actual exam does it matter how its done if commands can be entered differently but still complete the question asked. This simulator also docks points for extra commands issued, so if i want to do multiple show commands it counts them as extra commands and subtracts points. Is this also the same on the exams or is that information not available?
Thanks!

Ah, I can't remember the theory, but I do believe exit interface is for WAN links because the ISP could change it's gateway.. before I get stupid here. let's have a guru comment
