Kinda weird to ask this question in the CCENT thread, how about asking in the CCIE area.

You can get rid of the 2950s , check this thread for ideas on topology

    4 x 3560 (-1)
    4 x 3750 (-5)
    2 x 2960 (+1)

You will need at least 4 switches, at least 2 of which are 3560 or 3750 for CCNP. The 10 switches above would allow you to build 2 switch blocks with a Core Layer, which isn't really necessary. I used 4 switches forming a single switch block for CCNP.

    For CCNP and below

    5 x 1841 (Make sure they are rack-mountable as the 1st Generation weren't)
    1 x 2811
    8 x WIC-1DSU-T1-V2
    2 x WIC-1T
    1 x WIC-1T to WIC-1T Cable

You could use the 2821 and 3821 routers, but the 1841 will work, while being substantially lighter, producing less heat, and using less electricity.

For CCIE, unfortunately, you would need 10 to 20 x ISR G2 with Data and Security licenses to do everything. That would run about $1,800/each (2/3 of the cost is the licenses) or about $18 - $36,000. The most common solution for CCIE is Cisco CSR-1000V. The CSR-1000V is a virtual ISR G2 router than can be run on VMware ESXi 5.5. You could buy/build a server than can run 10 CSR-1000V instances for less than the cost of 1 ISR G2 Router with licenses. I have one server right now, but once I really get into CCIE, I'll probably add a second (each one could run 10 CSRs).

The really nice thing about the VMware ESXi server is that you can use it for other certifications. I am working on voice right now and have Call Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection (CUC), Windows 2008 Server R2 (Active Directory DS, DNS Server), and a Client PC running on it.
