NISPOM training?

I'm currently trying to study NISPOM to the point where I can speak on it without haveing to reference the DOC, does anyone know of any interactive training centered around NISPOM or perhaps a way to really get this document down to the point it doesn't need to be open in front of your face whenever you need to apply it? This feels like studying a dictionary.

I was just about to post a similar question.
I just printed off the whole manual and am planning on reading it through. I was wondering if there's any additional training or certifications out there as well.

Ch 8 is where the good stuff is...or at least it used to be.
Yes, it's dry as a popcorn fart. Be happy if you only stuck with NISPOM and not Joint DoDIIS plus DCID 6/3 & 6/9 as well.
