Personal Business Cards

I was looking to obtain personal business cards as I can get them cheaply.
I travel quite a bit as I often do freelancing and often find myself writing my contact details on a piece of paper.
The reason for asking this is that someone at a company I'm assisting forwarded my CV to a manager at different branch in a different city (without me knowing it) and it landed me a weeks job there to solve some network problems with their IT guys.
The manager told me on the first day there that he hired me because of relevant work experience and certifications.
Basically at the right place at the right time.
What do you put on a personal business card?
Name? Phone? E-mail? Head shot photo? Certs? Logos? QR Code? Flowers?
If you do list qualifications, CISSP / CCIE / Ph.D / Senior Research Scientist only?
Important not to brag about anything, but more to try to stay in touch when meeting new people in and outside of the business / industry, and perhaps try to get the foot in the door at the right place and time and at the same time give an impression of willingness to open a book after work and interest in the technology itself.
Thoughts?
