hi all pls sugg me , which will have nice future futher, list of course that i am interested at citrix administrator/xenapp or CCNA/CCNP or could computing.

Make sure to actually learn the material like the back of your hand. CCNA + you know what you're talking about >>>> CCNP. CCNA + experience >> CCNP as well.
In either case, both Citrix and networking have plenty of opportunities. Quite a few places are running off XenServer.
Be prepared to work fairly entry-level jobs if you don't have really good credentials if your English isn't fluent.
