Escalate VMware Partner Central SRs ?

Does anyone know how to escalate VMware Partner Central SRs ? I have a ticket where the only response I got is a satisfaction survey ... Which wouldn't work out too well for the particular rep

jibbajabba Member Posts: 4,317 ■■■■■■■■□□Yes but I had to tickle some people in VMware directly to get stuff sorted while I was chasing a threw month old ticket .... I must admit, in my experience, VMware support certainly isn't value for money. I worked with a customer who had mission critical support (and that ain't cheap) and the VMware 'fixing' an issue managed to turn a mpio issue into an APD....My own knowledge base made public: http://open902.com

They didn't cleanly. Required a full power down of the infrastructure and reboot.
A few thousand VMs were affected and around 300 Unix VMs needed restoring.My own knowledge base made public: http://open902.com
