SSCP prep materials
Since I have had Darril's book for a few years and saw his e-mail a few weeks ago that the exams for SSCP and CISSP would be changing, I decided to give the SSCP a go at the last minute. I'm taking the test Tuesday and in "review" mode.
I'm using:
Darril's AIO
uCertify
Tony Northrup's Pluralsight videos
SkillSoft
TestOut
I've noticed that the Northrup videos and Darril's book don't mention any of the modes for DES encryption [ECB, CBC, CFB, OFB and CTR]. Yet, SkillSoft spent a great deal of time addressing it in their videos. Anyone have a decent synopsis [other than Wikipedia] on this info?
Also, the SDLC seems to be different with every vendor's definition.
I've taken countless MS and CompTIA exams and can usually reason how they want a question answered. Even though it is the SSCP, I'm not feeling super confident right now.
