i have a job interview tomorow for a Desktop Support role and my past experiences at interviews are not good, my weakness is that i dont ask enough questions. The company are migrating from NT4 to XP and my role would be to provide tecnhnical support related to hardware/software faults logged through the helpdesk system.
What would be the best questions to ask? Any help would be greatly appreciated

    "Will you provide training"
"Are there salary incentives involved with certification?"
"Will you pay for certification exams?"
"What sort of opportunities are there for promotion?"
"Do you use a ticket system?"
"What happens when the migration is finished?" <-- important...
"Will I be training users in using Windows XP, or is there another department to do that?"

My advice is listen. Let them tell you all about what they are doing.
Wait till towards the end and pick a couple questions to ask... Keep them straight forward and to the point.

Will the user be taking courses to assist them with the new operating system?
What are the company's plans in regards to Vista being released in the near future?
Will the cute secretary in Accounting mind if I hit on her ? icon_evil.gif

You will find an opening, Im sure.
On the road to Cisco. Will I hunt it, or will it hunt me?
