Hey,

Just wondering if anyone has purchased books from https://www.onfulfillment.com/JuniperTraining/WelcomePublic.aspx?sid=323

Are these books meant to go along with the official classes? I was thinning of purchasing them for self-study, but not sure if they are meant to go along with the official course.

They are the books you are given with the official course. They include the slides that the instructor would be presenting, plus additional notes below the slides. I find them excellent for a self-study resource.

I assume they will include the lab diagrams and the high-level and detailed lab guides. Obviously those are meant to go with the lab work in the course, but you can use them to setup a similar lab if you have access to the equipment, or even just go thru them mentally as a study method.

Yep, Zoidberg is right on all accounts. It's the official courseware and it does have the slideware and all notes associated with each slide, which can be multiple pages of notes per slide. It also contains the lab workbooks.

One thing to keep in mind, especially if you don't have access to the gear needed to go through the labs, is the Labs and Learning initiative which gets you access to the labs for a specific course and allows you to go through the labs at your own pace. IIRC, it's reasonably priced too.
