Who knows RIP?

I'm playing with RIP at the moment and trying to come up with different scenario's etc.
Thought i'd start a thread asking questions etc for whoever is interested to get a RIP discussion going.
I'm sure there are alot of people who think they know rip and would be surprised by behavior that's described in books, but in reality works differently.

Preferably discussing ios 15.4

1) When does a route enter holddown? and when does it come out of holddown?
