I believe this feature is available in Windows 8
Does anyone know if this is possible with Windows 7?
We have a lot of entry level laptops that don't have a TPM so instead we have to use Safeboot which can result in all manner of problems..

But not using a pen drive. as this will inevitably get lost and require our (IT) intervention
Wondering if the software TPM can be installed to Windows 7 same way it is included in Windows 8. -

I'll keep doing a bit of research and if I find anything for Windows 7 I will let you know.WGU Progress: Master of Science - Information Technology Management (Start Date: February 1, 2015)
