WMI?

Getting into the "flashcard" and "practice test" phase of my preparation towards 290. Most likely about three weeks out..., just a quick question about WMI. Should I really devote a lot of time to this? There was a lesson on it in the MS book, but I couldn't find any mention of this in Microsoft's 290 requirment listing on their website. Any info would be appreciated. Thx.

no. but know a little about it, as i got a question that had something to do with it.

For the exam, the only thing I would recommend to know is what WMI filters are used for.

Just know they are utilized with GPOs when you wish to apply applications to specific computers with specific criteria such as patches, OS version, hard drive size, etc....

This is what the exam will probaly quiz you on.
